Turmeric Lentil Soup Recipe

HOW TO MAKE TURMERIC LENTIL SOUP RECIPE

Ingredients

> red or white onion > celery or broccoli > carrot > green pepper > red pepper > potato or sweet potato > olive oil > garlic

Step 1

Saute onion, garlic, peppers, celery, and carrots in olive oil for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Add all remaining ingredients.

Step 3

Simmer on low heat for at least 1 ½ hours.
