You can use any variety of apples. Wash and quarter your apples., or slice them if you prefer. Leave the skins on.

Add one peeled orange as well - this is my secret ingredient for a unique harvest apple cider flavor.

Add all the apple cider ingredients to your slow cooker or crockpot. Simmer on low for 6 to 8 hours.

Your house will smell amazing. You can cook the apple cider on high for 3 to 4 hours if needed.

Next, mash the apples with a potato masher. Then strain the liquid into a large serving pitcher.

Your non alcoholic apple cider is ready to serve hot or cold!
