How to Make Dandelion Shortbread Cookies

You'll need the following to make these dandelion cookies:  – Mixing bowl – Wire whisk – Icing sugar – Almond extract – Salted butter – Dandelion petals

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F and wash the flowers..

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl then divide dough in half and form two rolls and freeze.

Place on greased cookie sheet then bake for 10 minutes.  Cool on a rack.
